STEP 2
Client Success Consultant
Your Client Success Consultant will take you through every step—from the onboarding process to meeting your new assistant, to providing you with ongoing support.
STEP 3
Proprietary Pairing Process
Sit back and wait for your introductory email between you and your new assistant. Picking the "Perfect For You" assistant is where we shine and our processes for doing so are one-of-a-kind.
STEP 4
Kick-Off Call
You and your new assistant will have a Kick-Off Call to get to know one another, learn more about the way we communicate at Dunzo, and assign your assistant their first tasks!
STEP 5
Onboarding
Your assistant is equipped to guide you through the process of learning to identify the "busy work" that's holding you back and to delegate it with ease.
STEP 6
"Learning to Dance"
Both you and your assistant will have opportunities for regular check-in calls with your Client Success Consultant and Dunzo team members to ensure a successful partnership.
