A: Yep! You’ll have a designated Client Success Consultant that will help you at every step, from onboarding to continued support along the way.

Q: Why shouldn’t I just hire my own assistant?
A: Using Dunzo will allow you to bypass the typical headaches that come with finding an assistant... creating the right job post, sifting through countless applications, time-consuming interviews, and more. Let us take care of things like vetting, contracting, coaching, and finding a best fit Assistant while you get to work... because isn’t that the point?

Q: Does Dunzo provide me with a designated assistant?
A: We specifically pair you with the executive assistant that we believe will be the best overall fit for your needs, personality, industry, etc. Over time, you and your assistant will “learn to dance” together really well.

Q: When will my assistant be available for work?
A: Your assistant will be available to communicate with you Monday through Friday between 8 AM–4 PM in your local time zone. They will manage task completion based on your deadlines, ensuring everything is handled efficiently. Together, you and your assistant will review and agree on the number of hours required each month to meet your needs.

Q: What happens if my assistant and I don’t work well together?
A: Though this scenario is not very likely, we've got you covered. Your Client Success Consultant is available to help you find a solution or can even pair you with an assistant that may be better suited for you.

A: Life happens, and your EA’s circumstances may evolve—but Dunzo will always have your back. By taking steps like encouraging your EA to document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), we facilitate a smooth hand-off when a replacement is needed... keeping your operations running.
